겸손 (Modesty)

 

 

위 문장 어느 것 하나 선정하기가 쉽지 않네요. 모두 주옥같은 말이지만 "능력을 과시하지 말라"는 말이 제일 인상적이고 삶을 살면서 항상 염두에 두어야 할 내용인 듯합니다. 잘난 척하지 말라는 이야기로 생각됩니다.

 

사람인지라 어쩔 수 없이 인정받고 싶고 칭찬받고 싶고 알아주기를 바라고 그래서 으스대고 싶고 자랑하고 싶고 등등 그런데 그렇게 하면 주변 좋은 사람이 떠나가고 적이 생기며 오래가지 못함을 나이가 들면서 조금 알게 되었습니다. 

 

말을 하거나 행동하기 전에 꼭 겸손, 겸손, 겸손을 3번 생각을 하고 처신을 하는 것이 나를 더 나답게 돋보이게 하는 것임을 생각하며 항상 부족하다는, 어린아이들에 게도 배울 것이 많다는 생각으로 생활하고자 합니다. 

 

자신을 낮춰 상대방을 높여주는 사람, 저는 그 사람이 훨씬 더 높은 곳에 있는 사람으로 보입니다.

겸손 3 (Modesty 3)

abilities" is the most impressive and seems to be something you should always keep in mind while living your 

life. I think it's a story about not being proud.

Being a human being, I inevitably want to be acknowledged, praised, and recognized, so I want to show off, 

I want to boast, etc. But as I got older, I learned a little that when I do that, good people around me leave, 

enemies arise, and they don't last long.

Before I speak or act, I think three times about humility, humility, humility, and how I behave is what makes 

me look more like myself.

A person who lowers himself and raises the other person, I see that person as a person in a much 

higher place.
